Dear sir,

I have purchased Anchor Uni. SS Comb 38808 Manufacturing date 5/2015 in Nagpur Maharashtra last month. The switch of the same has stopped working and is always on now. The box of the product says that it has 2years guarantee. Asked the shopkeeper to replace, but he refused and asked to contact Anchor. This is unbelievable that quality of Anchor has gone so bad. I have replaced the shocket almost 3times in last 5months, but all are having same issue. Kindly get the product replaced immediately. Regards,

I have purchased Anchor Product in the month of April 2015. There are three number Fan regulators are not working. I have registered a complaint on 20/10/15 reference No. 15122665. I have a received a mobile number of your technician Mr. Kiran Pal 9312747005. I try to contact him by mobile, but he is not interested to attend my call. I purchased 1 and 1 socket power two months back. within two days they got burnt the dealer Shivam Hauz Khas market gave me no. 41033666 as the office was under shifting gave me two mobile 9711772864 9312650608 the problem was explained and they said two items would be delivered to my address by coming Monday. after two weeks called customer care the lady informed it would be delivered asap. after calling many times she said there was a shortage of staff. on 28 or 29 mar i called and she got same excuse. within one hour a person came and on seeing the switches said there was no replacement for burnt switches but this was never told to me two months back when i complained. then i receive SMS on my mobile on 31 mar that my complaint no. 15-086842 had been resolved.
