Seful Nath and Rangdamut Lyngwa has been assign to check the problem, but no staff of BSNL have been visited for two weeks, the problem is only with the broadband sometime is connected and disconnected by itself. When I call Seful Nath in return he said that he is transferred to other place. Please send some other staff to solve my issue. If it's going like this it is better for me to disconnect the line. I recharged my no rupees 84. 00 for rate cutting on seven jury, but not effective till time and recharged with rupees 36. 00 for extension of validity, as per message given by you for extension the same. I am not able to understand how i have been sent this message from BV-BSNL. The message is: "Dear customer, you have been provided 3G data speed by default. GPRS freebies for your plan will be 200 MB wef 1st Sep.2013". i have not requested for this facility nor has any one asked me if i need it. I have been using my BSNL Number 9436312420 since 2006 and i have not asked for 3G data speed. If it is going to increase my bill, may i tell you here that i am not going to pay for it except for the normal usual tariff which i have been using till date. Please take note of this and do the needful. I have no time for hassle over things i have not requested for at all. Otherwise, i will have to shift my number to other companies. Thank you.
