I am consumer of BSNL telephone no 01832705509 whose internet is frequitently out of of order and Inspite of number of complaints lodged by me regarding broadband speed issue no technicion visit to check the problam. More than this the default speed sanctioned by TRAI which is 512 kbp/s am getting speed in bytes or in tens and even no action was taken by the exchange officials which was lodged on 2nd of June 2016 when concerened J. E was asked regarding this on his mobile number 9465820404. HIS ANSWER WAS " THIS PHONE IS NOT TO ENTERTAIN YOUR COMPLAINTS"
Sir I request yourself that am tired by lodging complaints, but did not get proper resolution so either gave me proper speed as per normsof TRAI or i have to disconnect my connection DUE TO WORST SERVICES PROVIDED
Hope you will understand and resolve my problem permanently.

This number is mainly for internet use. My phone is being operated at plan of rupees 8000 per year, but i have never enjoyed your internet. Your service is the worst one, but my money is hard earned money. I can not waste my this earning on useless service provider. So i request you to disconnect this number and stop your service to me. I will not pay further. Your department will be responsible for any financial dispute. One copy of this is also being sent to consumer form for necessary action.
