We had taken loan on our Policy nos542259577 and 544283830 in the name of Deepak Kothari and Chandan Bala Kothari on 5-5-2014 and thereafter we refunded the loan along with intrest on 22-7-2014, but we regret to state that our Policy documents have not been returned to us inspite of our several vist to your Dhanbad Branch. On each visit we were told to wait for few days. Now almost two years have passed and still we are hearing the same excuse. We are tired of visiting the office for this purpose. Please help me to get the above documents. Pan copy along with statement of SB A/c showing the amount of refund cleared has also been submitted to them as per their demand. Now what is the problem we do not understand. Thanks for help.

We have three numbers USER ID for different policy. 1). Sanjiva777 for Policy No. 547514419 (Sanjiva Kumar Mishra )

2). Sanjeev777 for Policy No. 544626426 (Sanjiva Kumar Mishra )

3). PRERNA1991 for Policy No. 549188203 (PRERNA MISHRA)

We want to Block above mentioned two nos. User ID Sr. No. two (sanjeev777) and Sr. No. three (PRERNA1991) of my wife. But, please give facility to check status for all three Nos. Policy only on Sr. No. one user ID (sajiva777). The same problem has been mailed to your 55A Branch office for solve the same, but i am sorry to say that no action has been taken till date from your end. You are requested to do the needful and confirm me on my mail. Regards, .

Pol no-543425014 Bimla Kumari Michiyari . Sir till date(20/01/2016) no credits worth rupees 40000/hasbeen recvd byme which was due to me since last oct2014 under money back pol. After querry it was found that ch no-183753 dt 15/10/2014 has been issued against that amount, but it was neither rcvd by me nor any credit has been given through my account. Sir as I opted for transfer the pol to rourkela(code589) and it is being transferd recently, but they are saying that cant do anything in this matter as it was the case of dhanbad branch. So pl. Help me in this regard in getting Rs40000/. My NEFT mandate has already been given to LIC.
