I have been sent to collections for 1009. 66 for billing of the last year. My system has not worked properly since install of wireless system over two years ago. A SIM card was changed in it Nov. six, 2018 as wrong one was installed before. Feb. 2018 was the previous fix on this system. We have had techs here previous to this who could not get it to work properly. My complaint is why am I paying for something that didn't work. I was told to take time off work to meet with these techs. I had to cancel a couple of times because of work related issues. (I'm a self contractor and can not leave customers hanging) Your techs do not work weekends and I have waited up to 6-8 weeks for a service call after saying I would be home. How can this be resolved?.

Dear Sir/Madam,

On October 11th a Sales Representative visited and we discussed adding Video Surveillance to my existing Pulse System. There were certain clarifications that needed to be addressed prior to installation. He sent me quotes for both Wireless and Wired Systems on October 12th. Since October 25th I have sent three emails, October 25th, November 3rd, November 18th and a number of Voice Mails, but have received no response. I am travelling on Tuesday November 27th in the evening and will be away for about ten days, returning December 8th evening. I have more or less decided to opt for the Wireless System, more so since I need to be able to connect it to my existing Pulse System AND the ADT App that I have now. In context, could some one from Sales revert so that we can finalize whatever needs to be done and hopefully get the installation done before December 15th. Thank you.

Hello, I would like to know when my contract is completed. Now my complaint: I called Adt and told the guy on the phone I needed to know how to put my little plastic back on a new door that was just installed. I emailed and phoned several times and no one would offer me info on how to do it myself. Finally I got a nice guy on the phone and explained the $116. 00 to have someone come out so I said if I do get charged that amount, for three minutes work, I will have to make a decision and buy out my contract and go somewhere else, so he went away and came back and said he got me my help free if they come due to my five years of service with ADT and it is a loyalty program. So I was thrilled and ready to rejoin ADT. Now I keep getting harassed with ADT wanted their bill payment. Very poor or not true when I was talked into the guy coming to fix the little plastic thing. …. Very unhappy with your loyalty program. Thank you, Elsie Hetherman. Account 1289521.
