I called the customer service number provided online, but no one answered. I called five times and no answer. This number is bogus. I am trying to access a new account number online, but I am not able to. I finally called a different customer service number and was connected to someone in India whom I could not understand and she could not understand what I needed help with.

I am an elite card holder and have a choice of where to shop. I spend a lot of money in Belk and I received a 15% coupon in the mail. My son needed new clothes for an event and I spent $188. 81buying a shirt, tie, belt and pants. I asked the cashier if she had taken off my discount and she confirmed she had. When I got home and looked at the bill I realized it had not been taken off so went back to the store today to be told the shirt and tie were a promotion buy one get two free therefore did not qualify for the reward. At no time during the checkout was I told this and it is not on the receipt. I am very upset at the customer service and should have been told "this is on sale would you like to get another shirt" or these items will not be included in the reward as it is a promotion. The store was in Sandhill, Columbia SC. Unless I get some resolution with this I will not be shopping agin with you and will also cut my card. Please reply as I am one very upset customer.

One would Think have being an elite card holder you would receive an extra 20 percent coupon on charity day sale. I did not and I spend over five k with Belk. I feel appreciated. Was told only certain people receive that. Being a big spender at Belk that really made me feel pushed out of space.

I purchased a pair of maroon calvin klein sandals at belks in hattiesburg, Ms. On October, I received my credit card statement and shows an purchase. I have not shopped at your store in over a year bc the same thing happened last time. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I had my credit card pany call them and bc she was a foriegner they did not believe she worked for mc and wouldnt continue the conversation.

Scanned skirt and it registered .01 cents. At checkout was told it would be $10.99. Then went to another checkout and was told that this item would be returned to warehouse. Asked to speak to manager and was told he would sell it to me for $15.00. It is not my fault that the scanner didn't register the correct amount. I was not the only one that an item registered .01 cents. The customer bought the item for .01 cents. Several of the employees gathered to listen to my complaint and were annoyed that I was complaining. What a way to treat a customer! Please make sure that this doesn't happen to another customer.
I am very upset with the attitude of the employees and store manager.
