I tried both the Blue Link phone lines. On one wited for more than 30 minutes with no response. The web site says not able to update subscription now. Gross negligance when it comes to customer service.

To whom it may concern, looking at my e-mails this morning I noticed that you had charged my husbands credit card in the amount of $149. 58. My husband and I are not interested in using the Blue Link. Please discontinue the service and credit the amount back into the account. Thank you.

I have been trying to call your phone numbers all day. On hold for over 30 min each time. Then I must go back to work. You are taking money out of my account and I do not want it to roll over to 2018. I want Blue Link cancelled and the 74. 32 posted back to my account. Its ridiculous how you manage to take money that I do not authorize, but yet do not have sufficient customer service to answer the damn phones put my money back.

I cancelled my Blue Link service now on my radio screen I am getting a screen telling me to re activate my subscription. I called Blue Link and they said in 24 hour they will make it go away, after six calls it never went away. They then told me to call Hyundai Finance to get a refund knowing full well only they could give me a refund then I called back and they told me they will not refund me and they can not remove the message because the unit never communicated with my car ever Just seems like a big scam.
