I have model: AHD7-DVR16 w/2TB HD. (About two years old) I left my house with it working. For some reason when I came back home HDMI and VGA both comes up “no signal”. I checked every camera and they all work. I even tried a different television to see if that was the problem. What I want to know is, can this problem be fixed or will I have to get something else to replace it. I’ve never been able to get it to record nor have I been able to veiw it on my IPad, it keeps searching or freezing. Please help, I do like this product and don’t want to change.

I bought a home surveillance system at BJS.com, three of the cameras are defective, I would like to return them, some are already installed, and I do not have money to pay to take them down and reinstall, some one should have checked the products before shipping them, I didn't even know Night Owl sells refurbished products, please let me know what to do.
