MOST WORST SERVICE. My Complaint ID No. 1559923I dated 24/11/2015. The Acer E700 set has been deposited with HCL Services Ltd, 20H, Park street, Kolkata- 700 016 on 24/11/2015. I visited HCL three times, still it is not repaired. I also talked to Customer care number. 18001032237 on 10/12/2015, they assured me that it will be repaired by seven days. What a falls assurance? 25 days has already been elapsed, but no result. What a miserable service. Now, I want specific assurance, when my set will be repaired?.

MOST WORST SERVICE. I called your customer care on 24th November, 2015 and lodged a complaint ID No. 1559923I and the said handset was deposited with HCL Services Ltd, 20H, Park street, Kolkata-700 016, on 24th November, 2015, their service order No. S24112015001 dated 24/11/2015. I met three times with HCL Services Ltd, but till today(i. E; 19/12/2015), my handset not yet repaired, i. E; 25 days have already been elapsed. They are not able to assure when the set is to be repaired. Really, it is surprising to me regarding the miserable services rendered by your concern. Even I have talked to your customer care number. 18001032237 on 10/12/2015, they assured that by seven days it will be repaired, now I feel that it was nothing, but falls assurance by your customer care. Now I want to know when my handset will be repaired or whether it will be repaired at all?If not, please also let me know. I want specific reply from your end.

I have purchased my Acer e700 mobile on snapdeal. Now the battery getting quick drain and it will take six hrs for starting the phone. The display will get heat too much I am having my warranty also. Already I done display service again I am getting this all problems. I called service centre They ask me to call some other Mobile numbers I went to vellore(TN)service centre four times they told me that they were stopped that company service so give me immediate feedback. Spat one month I am facing this problems Nobody is taking action very worst response.
