My Aircel No is 7040648747. On 19th Feb 2016 i had done a recharge of rupees 135 )150 TT and 150 MB data,)Rs nine for 100 SMS and even ratecutter within five days my balance was rupees 9. I had called on 198, but did not get satisfactory feedback. Then i did rupees 70 recharge on 27th February 2016 on 29th my balance was again rupees 19. I called 198 for complaint, but was behaved very pethically, my call was repeatedly put on hold i had called for five times and was on hold for more than ten min each time. I have got feed up, what is the problem. I had asked can i talk to your senior person the are putting on hold. Why are these useless people behaving in this manner. I would like to know whom should i approach for complaining about your customercare behaviour and my recharge too. Please give the feedback or i will reach the nodal office or your central office.

I have provide same PhotoID prove as previous and also pay Rs. 100 for this, but why it is taking too long time to activate a Duplicate sim.
