My cell number 9442676562 unable to work from today morning there is no number available to contact customer care. Being more than ten years I am having this number. What is the customer care executive number For Tamil Nadu and you have provided some number S for Tamil Nadu that number S are charging us for your advertisement and unnecessary disturbance to the customer who are in trouble, it should be solicited to your executives, and this kind of experience to BSNL staffs in other places may educate the department or otherwise we are in compulsion to migrate from your service.

I have been struggling to talk to your BSNL customer service, Nellore dt, AP for more than 20 days to know about the status of my post paid mobile number 9490413945, whether the scheme is Rs225/- with seconds pulse rate or not. And also I want know about I ternational roaming fixed charges and tariff. I could not get your customer service centre. Local Sullurpeta BSNL told that they do not deal with post paid mobiles, pl contact Nellore dt, On repeated request they gave numbers 0861-2352253, 2337788, 1503 , etc which were not responded always. The no 1503 gives same and always one IVRS---press one or two or three, not any thing else. It is punishment to common to reach you for any help. Finally one day some body received 0861 2352253 and told no body here, all gone to lunch etc
Pl what should we do or to whom to contact by phone or email, pl indicate, it is written with dispersion.

Only to know about how to activate dnd service, but the customer care executive cut off my number only by saying that it is landline service enquiry. And the number (1503)provided to me to call never meets, it is always busy. After that i called many time to customer care 1500, , but they pick and cut off my call even say hello. Very bad customer service of BSNL.

I took a broadband connection in 2011 in the 950 plan. With my broadband connection suddenly blinking out on 1LAST THEREE then started my ordeal. (TILL 15-11-2014 ) calls to the following numbers: 1500, 0431-2612198, 91 9486106158, and to the personal mobile. Every time I was mocked out or with artificial courtesy by the above persons. At times I was challenged that my premises was found closed. Other than rectifying every thing else was offered. One sincerely wish that there should be a grievance cell to hear the grief of public grievance cell at GM's office at Trichy. Sure the management knows its worth hence offers its shares at par to its employees for there is no premium to command for with its dead weight work force, 0431-2612927.

This morning I visited Bsnl Jodhpur, Sardarpura office at 10. 15 am. I had to get my data plan changed for my post paid mobile. The concerned person was not on the desk, upon asking the person Incharge rudely said that he would come after 11. 00. I just requested for the form and he behaved and responded in a very uncivilized way. If this is the way the employees behave with the customers, I feel they have no right to be there on the job. Kindly introduce an orientation program and teach basic etiquette and communication. Such persons damage the image of entire department.

Despite several complaints, no action has been taken by the exchange staff. I have even personally visited the exchange office twice in this regard, which is located hardly 200 yards from my house. I complained the matter directly to the cable operator and also in the exchange. There is no answer for the call. I was informed that the there was no sufficient labourers to correct the cable. They consoled by saying it will be okay tomorrow. I am believed in a number of tomorrows, but still the boat at Thirunakkare. Sir, Is it a breach of faith from the part of BSNL. I have a Wimax connection 750 plan. It was started on 28th of October 2014. In the next month i got a bill amount due of 200 rupees billed from 25th to 31st October. For which the bill came on 29th. Then i got another bill total of 1098 in the online portal on 6th December. Both time i tried to contact the customer care, but they did not heeded to problem. My telephone number 2551786 has been in operation under Plan 150-PB. I have received Invoice number 10134574580056 dated 03. 12. 2014 for Rs. 475/-. On receiving this bill, I have observed that my telephone bills for the last 3-4 months are on higher side as compared to the previous bills, despite the fact that we use BSNL telephone rarely, as every member in the house has independent mobile phones for his/her use.
