I have made Debit card payment transaction dated on 18/12/2015 at 16:52 P. M amount of Rs. 2734. 00 in POTHYS, and 22. 12. 2015 at 17. 15 PM on ADYAR ANANDHA BHAVAN for Rs. 2140. On both occasions the debit card transaction was declined first. So I used it again. Now when I saw the Bank statement the amount was taken twice. And it is not reverted yet. And also I made a online payment for LIC OF INDIA Premium payment for Rs1563 on 07. 01. 2016. The amount was detected from my A/C, but not paid for LIC. I request you to look into this and do the needful urgently and re-credit the money back to my account at the earliest. (Note: As discussed with POTHYS, And AAB they told that amount was credited to bank.)

I had deposited some money into my account on 14/8/15 using the ATM machine. But even on 19/8/15 this amount has not been credited to my account is and causing me great distress. I had contacted the BoI branch closest to me and they have given me the wrong number Twice I then had to take the number From the internet, since the number Mentioned on the debit cards are wrong and called the customer care. The customer care asked me to contact the nearest branch as they have no idea about this option as well. My complaint is a) Why have such an option in your ATM machines if your bank staff does not even know of its existence? b) Why are you fooling the customers by giving them incorrect nos. ? I am very disappointed with the bank, its bank staff and the customer care as they have no idea of the options available on their ATM machines.
