I have a Z10 (STL 100-2) in India purchased about 15 days ago. It is running on 10.0.10.690. S.No. 0618-0562-0078. I have tried to get an update 10.1, but no result trying to do the following :
1. Blackberry Link doesnt show update
2. Settings - Software update says : Your software up to date
3. My Service provider VodafoneIN has no clue about it and they say "Contact your handset Mfg for the same"
4. Blackberry Help till date insists that Upgrades are determined by your Service Provider so contact them

I had purchase Black berry 9320 mobile on 26.10.2012.But the set is having some software proble.Some Text message delete itsself,mobile switch of it self and hand itself.I had visisted faridabad (Gopi Colony sevice center), but Know there is no service center there.Pls tell me the new service center of faridbad.
