Canadian Embassy has dispatched our passports through your courier services and has been received at your Blue Dart office Jammu. There is a provision in Canadian Embassy/ VFS-Canada guidelines that letter having passports can be handover to a person who has been authorized to collect on our behalf. We have authorized our son-in-law, Mr. Jagdish Sing Salathia and your staff denied to give our letter to him. I talked to Canada Visa application office and as per their terms and conditions, they said it should be delivered if someone has authority letter or with the visa application receipt. VFS-Canada Visa Application centre has number issues with this, our son-in-law has the authority letter then why our letter is on hold in your office. Who will be responsible for the implications if it is further delayed.

on tracking my packet from Amazon.com, it says address incomplete and give landmark. While just to inform you that this was most complete address and 166 military hospital itself is a landmark in the area. Earlier also they had returned a private packet saying they do not serve the area. Blue dart should not accept the package at originating place if they can not deliver it. There is mobile number On package, one could have tried to contact if there was any confusion.
