As day one to till date not a single call I had received and make the call from my land line. My landline facility is debarred since March and payment to be paid Rs2309. Message I got from BSNL today is Rs3751 to be paid till May. How this additional two months bill have been added here. I have talked and intimated BSNL office bhilai Sector one regarding this in March itself. Since I am stuck outside bhilai due to Corona not possible to come physically at BSNL office. My landline facility of number 0788 2228444 is debarred since March and original bill was rupees 2309. How this edited new bill of rupees 3751 have been issued?

I have recharged my BSNL mobile with 3G data worth 198/- and I had not been able to use the internet at all whatsoever. As each time when I turn ON the mobile data. I get a text message as "Alert low balance". I have been constantly trying to get the value for my money and have contacted the call centre multiple times each time i have been assisted, but is of no good at all. It has observed that without attending complains, compliance massage sending to customer. I am one of the sufferer. My number of unsolved / unattended complains compliance reports sent to me. The current example on 07/09/2015 I received massage that my complain no 1026410939 has resolved without taking feedback from customer, when it was checked the phone status problem persist as it is. On 08/09/2015 morning complain no 1026516820 logged through 198 and also talked to helpdesk operator at 1500 and said the status of complain. It has also observe that without providing the junction box / distribution box direct connection has provided. This problem persist since long, refer my earlier complains /compliance date mentioned below. 16, 14, 13 August and ten, 05 July 2015.
