This is Santosh, Account- 274475. I had taken a three month ULTRA 600 Qtrly Prepaid Unltd-3 which was scheduled to expire on May 22nd 2013. I received the letter(Invoice Date - 20/4/13) on the same date i.e. May 22nd. Since I have weekend off and today been a Tuesday I called up the billing dept and spoke with a Rep named Bhushan Pawar. I informed him that since I had received the letter today I would be making the payment on Saturday, 26th May hence asked for an extension till Friday 25 on the internet. The Rep was very rude on the call and tried to cut me off everytime I asked for extention
