Hi,

I requested for a loan of 50,000 INR with EMI facility for two years, but repersantive at HDFC have processed this loan with EMI facilites of one year. later on they have canceled it and processed for two years.

But HDFC has charged processing fee of 1000.00 and servises tax 125 INR twice.

Could you please advise why is charged twice?

This error has done by representative at HDFC credit card department. Why should holder pay this processing fee and service tax?
