Despite being several requests no body is giving me direct contact details of MD/CEO Now it seems its high time to knock doors of court and file a case against indigo service and misbehavior of Ground staff.

THIS HAS HAPPENED DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM INDIGO STAFF. THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME OR SENT ME AN EMAIL TO INFOM ME THAT THE CREDIT CARD HAS NOT BEEN ACCEPTED OR DECLINED OR WHATEVER THE REASON THAT INDIGO HAS NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT. YOUR PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME … I GAVE MY THREE CONTACT NUMBERS AND ALL ARE WORKING NOS.
FOR SURE I WILL PUT UP THIS MATTER TO HON. AMBESSEDOR OF India(UAE) AND ALSO INFORM LOCAL MEDIA GULFNEWS AND KHALEEJ TIMES UNLESS ALL THE HARRESSMENT / HUMILIATIONS and MENTLE STRESS HAS BEEN PAID OFF BY THE OFFICE OF INDIGO. AND ALSO I AM SEEKING LAGAL ADVICE TO SUE INDIGO FOR ALL THESE REASONS.

to board in the flight. THIS WAS SUCH A SHAMEFUL ACT FROM YOUR OFFICE STAFF PART, THEY HUMILIATED MY WIFE …GROUND STAFF WAS VERY HARSHLY TALKING and DEALING WITH MY WIFE, THEY LITERALLY INSULTED MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER AND ASKED TO GET OFF FROM THE CHECK IN LINE. AND moreover when I called the Cell number mentioned on the ticket there was no one to reply …then I tried land line no after almost ten minutes of continues dialing ..and answering 100’s of questions I got someone to speak to me, that guy instead of helping me and telling me the solution he was teaching me rules and regulations. His name is ANANT RAO he was telling me that I m educated enough or not….and talking all the rubbish which was not needed at that point of time. He told me that Indigo sent me an email which I haven’t received till date NOR any call from Indigo – TILL DATE.
Lastly my wife had to pay INR. 18218/- to board in the flF after so much of Problems, Humiliations, insults and Stress faced due Indigo staff negligenc

With UTTER and UTMOST regret and disappointment I am writing this email to you, that because of your office ground staff ‘s negligence my wife and daughter had faced lots of problems, physical pain, stress and humiliation by ground staff and loss of lots of money.
I booked ticked from Abu Dhabi thru my own Credit Card on 12th Aug,2013 for my wife and daughter to fly from Delhi to Dubai on date 20/08/2013. I got the confirmation of tickets with the above mentioned PNR ( Y17LTR) and the amount of Aed.1108/- was debited from my credit card. I was so confident that everything is alright and there will not be any hassles cause I received ticket copy and PNR, there was no call or no email from INDIGO Airlines (your office) till date.
But on 20th Aug,2013 when my wife and daughter reached Del Air Port, whil checkin in they were informed that Indigo has not received ticket amount and either they have to pay there and thenor they wil notbe allow
