When we met agency next day i was told that my house was locked deliver was returned back and next delivery will take more than one week. Recently I applied for name change (due to my wife's demise) residing in same flat. Our distributor is BAGHAJATIN GAS for last 15 years. After about a month I went to the distributor to collect the new Consumer No, but came to know that my Distributor has been changed to PATULI INDANE by IOC at GHOSHPARA.
It was very difficult to locate it as your website records wrong address and phone number.
With great difficulty, being senior citizen, I went to the distributor to register myself with it. Before going there i made appointment with Mr TARUN BRAHMACHARI (mobile number 8013838138), but after producing all relevant transfer documents from BAGHAJATIN GAS, he refused to register my name because of link failure he cannot verify authenticity - asked me to contact again after one week.
Today on 2nd September again i contacted Mr Bramhachari, but he could not help.
I applied for name change on 22.07.13 and till date it has not been done.
I am unable to book a cylinder.
Please help.
