Several times I raised this issues and they are giving temporary solution. I need a permanent solution as I am paying the without any delay. Pleas confirm this should continue or I need to cancel this connection. Without a permanent solution I am not at all interested to continue BSNL

I am the customer of land line no 0474 2620031 under the servicing area of Kaithacode Telephone exchange under the SSA Kollam. More than Two weeks ago my land line become dead and I complaint this in 198. No one is ready to avoid the fault and some of them closed my complaint without repairing the fault. I informed about land line complaint concerned JTO, GM Kollam, CGM Trivandrum many times. Again I registered a new complaint yesterday. But until now No one is ready to attend my complaint. I am not interes to pay rent for the dead telephone. If your staff cannot correct the fault please withdraw my connection and inform me.

I have a BSNL mithram plan and it is going to expire tomorrow. I tried to recharge through the message i received(PV49 to 53733/123). The response from these numbers are operation failed. Contact your customer care. I even called up 1503 and 123 menu to the customer care. Both the number S are not even connecting. Very poor service from one of the biggest telecom provider in India. This is not what we expect from BSNL. Very much disappointed . Please give me an option to extend my validity at the earliest. Thanks.

This portyal a SMS was received on 31st of October about the portability shall be done by 1st of November 2014 at 12:04 am. Basis number portability, I applied to shift to BSNL post paid connection from Reliance postpaid CDMA on 18th Oct 2014; Till date other than a phone verification on 27th October after upon a personal follow up at BSNL office on the same day in Mananchira at Calicut, the connection is yet to be shifted. The post paid amount at Relaince was settled as of 19th October 2014 for the billed amount of Rs. 840 payment of Rs. 1000 was done. My mobile number is 9349550661. The porting request code number is valid till 02nd November 2014. May I Know when would the connection get shifted to BSNL. An activation charge of Rs. 100 and Security Deposit of Rs. 500 was paid; Bill No. 6801 at BSNL office PGMT, Balan K Nair Road, Calicut 673001. Service requested for Plan 725.

The local circle office said that this is due to cable complaint, but so far the complaint is not rectified. Presently an old aged women residing in this house. My mobile is recharged for two hundred rupees, but amount is debited twice from my account. That is, Instead of debiting an amount of two hundred, Four hundred was debited from my account. Sir,

I have taken two broadband connections for my two houses in Kerala for my parents. In 2012 September I took a broadband connection one of my houses in Kottayam(04812545057) and prepaid more than 6000 ruppees. Maximum five days we used it. After that they complaint many times, till now, no use we got from your esteemed BSNL. Last month that expired.

One other connection we took in our other house (04812543459)about 18 years. Last month once again we took a new broadband connection. Only three days we used it. After that we complaint many times in our Ayarkkunnam Office. Still, it is not working. Could you please solve the problem as early as possible? May I hope an early positive response from your side?
