I had purchased a swift dizer VDI dated on 12/08/16 from Dewars Garage, council street, Kolkata - 700001. After taking delivery I have found in many parts of the vehicle body is repaint and air condition do not work properly, then I went showroom. Then They send their service centre then they confirm that many parts in the body is repaint, I was shoked I go to the dealer again about this problem after long discussion they say and give a letter that you go the Tara Tala work shop you get the car Factory Finished Condition. But I want to know why new car could not delivery in good condition, why car repaint done please explain, Pls treat it as a complain.

I am Sukumar Hazra , I am a regular customer of Maruti. I booked an Ertiga Car Reg. No. WB22U8585 from Dewars Garage true value show room (Kolkata - Taratala) on 13/09/2015 without inspection the car. On 14/09/2015 after inspection the car there is so many problem in the car and I have noticed that the car is actual an accidental car. After that I cancel the Booking. But till now they are not refund my Booking Amount Rs. 5, 000. 00 (Five Thousand Only). Please help me. Thanking You,

I booked one Celerio from Dewar’s Garage 83/01, Topsia Road Kolkata 700046 on 20/02/2016. Total payment was made on 22/02/2016. It was told that my car is ready. I told them I am not in hurry and they can deliver the car in the First week of March 2016. The entire one to one conversation took place with Sales Executive Mr Sandipan Bhattacharjee. He fixed the date of delivery on 07/03/2016. I was told that I shall be informed well in advance on 05/03/2016 regarding the time of delivery. I tried to contact Mr Bhattacharya several times, but the phone kept ringing. Then I tried to contact over landline. But all the landlines are out of order. Then I got the Mobile no of Madam Rubi of Topsia Division. When I called Madam Rubi she told me that she will tell the concerned person to get in touch with me. But no one called so far.
