Hello, This is Mar Fernandez, and I have the telephone number 9020108488 who is from a friend called Vipin provided for me three years ago. Since last year I use a Blackberry mobile, so I subscribed a plan BBPRILITE298,, but also I recharge regularly to have balance for telephone calls. The PRILITE298 plan make the Blackberry services for e-mail works properly. The problem is that the balance for telephone and SMS services get reduced regularly without using the service, so even if I do not call. I also use WhatsApp,, but that is free of charge, so I do not understand why my balance get less and less.
