There were two power failures both in the night, within a span of 15 days. The first was on 05 March at eight pm (Complaint No. 5000891684). And the second on yesterday, 20/3, at 0130 am Complaint No, 5000916278). The failure on 5/3 took one hour to be rectified whereas yesterday's failure was restored after nearly three hours. In both the cases, no one gave any feed back on the status of complaint and the complaint was never closed formally. I recently migrated to TATA POWER and I find your service very poor. It is my right to know the reasons for these frequent failures and remedial actions you have undertaken. My consumer No. Is 900000524762.

This is in reference regarding Excess B`ill since 12 Months. I had raised several complaints, but there is no satisfactory response from your side. Person came from your department and disconnecting electricity without informing to customer. This is not the way to handle the customer. But why am I still getting so much high bill every month. I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check weather the meter is faulty. Please inform us the reason why am I getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter. I appreciate if this matter of unfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest. If matter is unresolved than no option left to me for raising grievance

I Visited gokuldham care center. Miss Geeta attended me. My compliance is about my meter was switch off from last 3 months cos nobody stay at there. Even tho I got bill of rupees 660. For last month. My average power bill amounts to Rs. 600 to Rs. 900 maximum per month, as the average units consumed by me per month is from 120 to 150 maximum, which is a matter of record since last 15 years. Everyday my house is locked from 8am to 1. 30pm except Sundays. At a time, only one fan, two tube-lights and one medium size fridge remain in operation, which is a matter of investigation. How come all of a sudden i have consumed double power? My bill(dated 28/10/2015) amount has been doubled this month. Since day one when switched to TATA from reliance, my bill amount increasing rapidly despite no other new electricity point and appliances added in my house, if you check my last bill amount you can see major difference. My last bill amount was 1384/-, but this month i get bill amounted rupees almost 2000/- you mention past dues, but as far as i remember i do not have any past dues. See the last two month bill amount:May 2015 - 1307/-June 2015 - 1384/-July 2015 - 1975/- Why?I already paid last month bill so where the past dues come from ? if there is any issue with my meter replace it or fix it, but do not charge as you want.
