I have been informed by e-mail that you have not received the receiver that you have requested. This is complicated. In June I had my dish
upgraded, the young man offered to take the old dish receiver off my hands. I thought nothing of it. A month later lightening hit the house killing the new receiver, TV, account unit, telephone, modem. Etc. When I received your request to return the receiver, I mailed back the burned up one, although I could not find a reason that you would want a burned up receiver. Now, I am being told that since you did not receive the receiver as requested, I am going to be billed $99. The young man who
set up the upgrade has it. I am not sure if he knew it was to be returned, but he offered to take it when I asked him"what do I do with this one". I do not have his name, I am hoping your company can back track the transaction since I purchased a GE strip from him.
