I flew on NH175 LAX to NRT on May 25, 2018. I am disabled and requested assistance 1-day in advance via email. The customer service at the LAX ANA counter, the gate, and the stewardesses was horrible. I requested three-seats and ws told by all that the plane was full hwich was not true. The plane had enough seats for this to be satisfied, but no one helped me fi my request. Your staff was rude, impolite, unprofessional and without empathy.

My wife is being harassed by customer service counter personnel, Chinatsu Okuru at LAX. Very rude and impolite. She will not help me find a seat and I am disabled. She is the worst customer service. I am utterly shocked at what is happening. I have screws in my back and want to upgrade. I need a seat that lays down because I cannot sit upright for 11 1/2 hours. That is harrasment what is happening, and I asked for to be taken to the ANA lounge by wheelchair and Gina said I cannot go there because of my ticket. I am Silver status; I asked for a supervisor and am waiting. Gina needs to be spoken to. She does not represent ANA nicely. X.

Yesterday I (Kenneth Peldunas) and Pyrrha Rivers took the 1100 flight from Tokyo Narita to Yangon. When we got to Yangon, they wouldn't let us stay because of VISA problems. We rescheduled another flight to Bangkok on the only other airline we could. The ANA representative in Yangon said our Bangkok to Narita flight on two January was now cancelled. This makes no sense to us. Could you please reinstate our Bangkok to Narita flight? We are a bit surprised by the fact that we were even allowed to board the flight without the gate agent verifying the visa requirement as is done by other airlines. We are expecting that the communication from the ANA agent who said had contacted the airline on our behalf is not correct and we can be assured that our return flight from Bangkok to Tokyo remains intact. We look for communication from you ASAP. Thank you.
