I am totally confused by what has happened with my prepaid phone, both my bank and my att acct say that I have paid my February bill, but my phone has been turned off for nonpayment, leaving me at home alone, unable to walk due to a fall I had this morning and no cell phone.

I work a residential treatment facility in Redfield South Dakota. We frequently use your calling cards so admitted residence can call loved ones. I have ran into an issue a few times and tonight I have to send this. My individuals only make $75 a month and part of that they spend on your calling cards. This again is the 3rd card that when scratched it says expired. Then you go onto the virtual page well hell it says the same thing. Sucky part no human contact, customer service number to call all hang up. This card was purchased on the 10th from wal mart and again the resident that is admitted to this facility scratched it off to try to call and cannot, and no customer service to help. Sure wish we could resolve this matter. Sad sad sad sad.

This is NOT a complaint. My phone is off today and tomorrow. I will put it back on Wednesday(payday) Is there any way you could turn it back on for today and tomorrow and charge me a little extra on Wednesday. I watch my two yr old GREAT-Grandson tomorrow and I wont have a phone when I do that. This makes me uncomfortable. In case of an emergency.
