My rewards aren't showing up for a second rental and when I went on a comparison rental place and YOUR car was less there than when I try and book as an advantage member. Don't lie to people about the rewards then offer a cheaper price to toe company so Expedia or whoever it is you get your business through Deleting my account as I can get your cars cheaper on another site. Signing up with your site didn't give me ANY savings, matter of fact you're charging me more to book through you than me coming through you elsewhere Talk about a rip the customer time waster.

I rented from Minneapolis St. Paul Airport location, March 23. First, I was given a damaged vehicle with bad brakes that felt like flat tires on the back of the vehicle when you used the brakes. Nobody was in the rental area so I had to make three trips back to the main desk and I had to take a video to the main desk to show damage and was informed to still take the same vehicle. Almost one 1/2 hours later I was able to FINALLY leave with a different vehicle. No snow scarper knowing a storm was coming in, yet the vehicle prior had one. Very bad experience.

Valerie Dran, my wife, and myself, rented a car from Advantage Car Rental at Fort Myers, Florida, USA, on December 23- 2015 and came back to Canada on January 04-2016, after having left the car and got the clearence at Advantage parking lot. As shown on the rental agreement and the final billing document (see attached photos), we already paid for E Z Toll Florida )we drove only in Florida), during the entire period of rental in Florida. On my last credit card statement, two new charges from Advantage were billed, after coming back to Canada : $66. 24 ($43. 50 USD) on 22/01/16 and $1. 45 )1. 00 USD) on 01/02/16. I ask Advantage to stop charging my credit card for expenses I did not make and to reimburse the total, amount of $46. 30 USD )$67. 69 CND), please. My rental record number is RSW- 45646

First time booking with Advantage through Orbitz. Requested a compact. As I read later, was reserved a "special" car. Arrived at Advantage counter and was told I had the "mystery" vehicle a 15 passenger van. Thought it was a joke. Have rented cars for 30 years, never had a "mystery" car, much less a 15 passenger van. To obtain a "regular" car I had to pay an additional $83. 00, increase of 40%. Contacted the customer service in Florida who confirmed this is standard practice. Contacted the manager at Albuquerque who was to call me back, but didn't. Restated my dispute to the counter agent, when I returned the car, who said this is standard practice. Expect the $83. 00 to be refunded as a 15 passenger van is not an expected vehicle. Also, request a written statement of policy that specifically states customer that has booked an economy car at set rate can receive a 15 passenger van.

January 26 and 27 call corporate. Were told to contact Denver. We notify about the no responses from Denver. Corporate operator was going to notify Denver associates about extension and our phone number January 27th call Denver : same no answer and no voice mail no call back from Advantage and felt the case was taken into considerationWe return the car as indicated to corporate on the 28thWe got charge 180 a day instead 60 as stipulated in our reservation document The bill with taxes and charges turned to be 782. 62 instead of 472. 51. The person doing my reservation has a lot of attitude with me, because I wasn't buying the gas package or taking extra insurance. I told her, I didn't need gas because I was only going 80 miles. She told me that would take 3/4 of a tank Huh? I told her that should take less than four gallons. I signed up for a compact car and she was trying to give me a mini van. Now after waiting in line and for her to go find a car she told me i need to wait another 15 minutes until the car is ready. I have been here more than one hour. I will never rent a car from advantage again.

Dear advantage,
I recently rented a car with advantage for a trip I took in San Francisco. Although the trip was great. The car rental experience was not. First off, we had reserved a four door intermediate car. When we arrived at our correct time, they no longer had this. So we were given a two door smaller car. Also, the part that does not seem right to us was when we came to return the car, we had a "full" tank. The line was on the "F". The attendant advised us we would have to go to a gas station and "fill up more" or pay $10 for them to do it We has just filled up down the street less then. two miles away. We have the receipts to prove it. We told him we had and he said he would not accept the car We had just gotten gas, and were on our way to the airport The staff was not accommodating at all. We were not trying to cheat the system. We then drove to the gas station to try and put more gas in as they said. We were able to put $0. 30 in the tank Meaning it was full.
