I booked a flight from Perth to Dempasar in September 2014 depart 26/3/15 return 2/4/15. In January I needed to change to 6/4/15. I did this and saw that the details were changed. Now four days out from flying I find that the return flight was not processed. I rang AirAsia and was told this and that I would have to pay to get the flight changed. I called back and was told by Alex that it was a AirAsia problem and that no charge would apply, I had to call Indonesia to set it up. I called 6221 2927 0999 as he told me and then after having a hard time understanding the lady I had to pay $286 to get the return flight fixed to 6/4/15. I have just noticed also she has not given me luggage to come back with I am not happy and am distressed about all of this.
