I had a one month ago message which i kept complaining to the customer care representatives. It says i have money in my Airtel insurance account and a 50 cedis for my hostel bill. This message came at the right time when i had no money to take a surgery on my head where i had a tread left in a wound. Besides, i have to keep going for review of another operation i had on my testicles which i have no money to take care of it. This is very important and i complain always for help and until today i always receive excuses when my health is needed most. WHY IS Airtel doing this?I love Airtel much and why this disappointment please? Airtel still mysmartphone network. I love you.

Hi, i am 0269776725 customer, yesterday i found my main balance have been stolen about 30 GHC. I recharged 40 GHC on 2016. 03. 17, then my main balance total have 55 GHC. And in the same day i buy internet package used 15 GHC. So my main balance have left 40GHC, but yesterday i check my main balance only left 10. 77 GHC. I know i not use phone to call anybody from 2016. 03. 17 to 2016. 03. 18. So i guess Airtel stolen my balance 30 GHC. Must return to me.
