Trying to reach someone regarding a delivery issue. We are to get the paper Tuesday-Sunday. There must be a different delivery person because we have been missed on Tuesdays three times and this week it was the Sunday paper. Trying to speak with a real live person is almost impossible unless they want your money. I am growing weary calling you every week. Please correct this issue or I will just cancel my subscription which I don’t want to do. I believe in the written word being important in this country, but if you can’t get your paper, what’s the Point? Please correct this matter now. Have called you four times in the past month, about no paper delivered, paper in neighbors yard, paper thrown in front yard, paper out on sidewalk. This is REDICULAS I PAY FOR HOME DELIVERY NOT SIDE WALK, YARD OR NEIGHBOR DELIVERY. I AM HANDICAPED, Its supposed to be on the front stupe Where I can find it. At this rate when the snow starts i won't be able to find my paper. PLEASE Get the person delivering to put it where it belongs.
