Visiting from Canada I recently traveled from Ramsgate to Bristol via Victoria terminal. I had a long unpleasant wait at Bristol terminal. First of all as a paying customer I do not expect to pay to use a toilet. And second of all as a customer who then had to pay I do expect the toilets to have an attendant and be able to use a clean toilet in a safe environment Every single toilet was in a dusgustingcstaye. One customer threw a couple if people out for using drugs And just outside the exit where all your employees hang out to have a smoke thete were drunks hanging out and also walking through the station. All of thius was so unacceptable. Your station needs a big clean up and to be a more secure and clean environment for paying customers.
