Two weeks now trying resolve an issue replacing a phone. My invoice states Apple Care is included, but the email response says it's only an extended warranty. I was sent a customer service request form that was completed and returned and now I'm being asked to do it agin. The email system for customer service is horrible. I have waited four and five days for a responses. My order number was 214561DS. It clearly states Apple Care is included. If not resolved quickly, I'm going to air this dispute on every possible social media outlet and make a formal complaint with the NY Consumer Fraud Unit as it now appears that I paid for something was was not actually included.
