I need help, we bought a three day park hopper for five people (not cheap)and had problems in California park. We went to main street and after we explained our problem we were given a free day pass for three of our tickets. We weren't told that those three tickets were going to be voided, immediately. We were then escorted out of the park and missed out on seven hours of park time that we paid for Were told there was nothing that could be done even when we wanted to skip the FREE ones, how is that free? Very disappointed missed our last day of fun for our five year old grandson, not happy.

I am disgusted that Disneyland would sponsor a GOP event, "Evening Summer reception" last night. Obviously indicating a political preference and trying to influence based upon that. Perhaps Disneyland resorts is only for the "right" or conservatives? While my taking a stance of not spending another damn dollar at any of your resorts/parks may not affect your bottom line much, I will make sure that I share this information to all that I know (in person and on social media). Your company has the "privilege" to sponsor whoever you choose, but it does shed light into your agenda. Its a shame an amusement park can not just be a place to enjoy a day.

Poor service, inconsiderate and unprofessional conduct.I purchase military three day hopper for my eight y/o son to be accompanied by my daughter since I am a 100% disabled vet not able to walk and stand more than five mins without severe pain; so I couldn't go to Disney. I bought the ticket on 29 August, but were told we can not use it until 01SEP: so they let my son in and was informed that this will not count since ticket are not ready yet. Today August 27 on my birthday - I promised my son to go to Disney, but my disability could just not tolerate the pain so I ask my wife to accompany my son to finally use their 3rd day access. At the gate, my wife was told that they were not allowed to enter because the three day hopper was already consumed because they decided to count the first day that they were let in the park in spite of being told that it will not count. So my wife was force to buy another three day hopper that will expire in 30 days.

My name is LaWRENCE GURLEY. I have just learned that Disneyland has an engine on the Disneyland and Santa Fe Railroad named after FRED GURLEY. It is my desire to ride on that particular train as a part of my program to visit every place in the USA with my family name. I have read that Disneyland has five different engines. Can you tell me which days the Fed Gurley Engine will be running on your railroad in the months of August and September so I can be sure to ride the train of that particular engine? I am planing a trip to Anaheim, CA and would like to include this train ride then. Thanks.
