The seller Sara Morgan is not answering my emails I never received anything (car) she asked me to sent the money to ebay@replyiebay (some Chinese guy answered a phone call)and asked me to send bit coin I am afraid I lost my money If Consumer Dept can make a report to the Police Department It might help. The car still posted at Craigslist Chicago for 1500 with Sara Morgan's e mail (seller) see attached what should I do . Dan Moline.

Paid for in full with eBay Cards as agreed to and stated by Felicia Clayton and Ebay Motors and eBay Support Department. To be delivered April 28, 2020. (Now they are asking for an additional $400 for insurance, before delivery, which was not stated and agreed to during the purchase and agreement)
Need to know if this is a scam or legit and required before delivery?

I am sure there are scammers using Craigslist together with this site. Based on the complaints below, when you buy eBay cards and the deal goes south you can not get your money back. I can not even look up a customer service number on this site. I am glade I did like my attorney said and not buy any eBay cards because as I see below, you can not get your money back. I am not sure if eBay is making the scam or the scammers have found a way to tie into eBay to make themselves look legit.

I would like to have a refund on three gift cards which the worth of this cards combined are $500, which I am not getting by your employees, which are not doing there job which they were hired for. Therefor I would like to speak to the person who runs this corporation. One of your employees is arguing with me which is not great costumer service. This individuals name is Ken, the badge number is not available because this individual wouldn't give this information. I would like to ask for my money back as soon as possible. The only employee that was actually helping is jay which was a male, I believe this individual deserves a raise because he was doing his job and doing his best while other representatives. The manager was not being respectful therefor she should have consequence to her actions. The time is 9:51 pm in El Paso date:7/18/18.
