On may eight, 2017, my husband and myself checked into Econolodge east, 13211 central ave. N. E., ALBUQUERQUE, N. M. (505-292-7600) at 6:28 PM. At 1:45 AM I awoke to turn off A/C. When I got back in bed I saw a big bug, roach, bee, on my piillow which I tried to hit while it crawled behind the bed. I got up and dressed and told my husband I was going to sleep in the car. He also got up, I handed the keys in the office and he said I would have to contact mgr. At 10:00AM. I called the mgr. Later that day. He informed me he could refund me $5. 00. I feel I should be compensated for at least half of the room rate which was $54. 01; for the meer fact of loss of sleep.

I paid $275. 24 in advance for my room in north ft. Myers for four days. Upon checking out, i signaled a receipt and wrote on it paid in advance. Now I noticed on my credit card a $275. 24 charge on it, a double charge., i have now a lot of bites on my body looks like you have bed bugs -I had room 212 for two days then 120 for two days. I want this resolved 215-582-0307.

My husband and I recently stayed at your Econoldge in Goose Creek, SC. The place was a mess. We stayed from 12/24/17-12/25/17. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and the bathmat was soaking wet when we arrived. The bed sheets were a dirty dingy looking white. The bed had crumbs in it, and looked as if it had not been made since last people were there. The paint was peeling off of the bathroom door frame and the carpeting that was used as baseboard moulding was all frayed around the entire room. We have stayed at Econolodges in many states, but this was THE worst one of all. I seriously doubt if we will continue to stay any longer. I felt as though I needed to take a shower AFTER leaving this place .
