Your phone service is horrid. It is nearly impossible to actually talk with a live person. Lets reverse the situation. When you want to contact me via phone, you'll have to contact my representative, wait TWENTY minutes on hold, be disconnected and have to call back several times. THEN you'll be told that you'll have to submit in writing your request within 60 days (due to processing time) or no response will be made and any bills will be disregarded. I will not give you an option to talk with someone, only disconnect you and make your day worse. How about you reach three feet back and down, pull your heads out and put an option on the 877 number to TALK WITH A LIVE PERSON.
