I would like to check on the status of a subscription that I purchased for my son
last summer. The subscription was for Richard H. Nisbet and his address is 125
W. McCanns Blvd. In Elmira Heights, New York 14903. He has not received issues
for the last three or four months. I would appreciate you looking into this matter. Thank you very much.

Just received the June issue. I am discusted by the back page of this issue. My son and son inlaw feel the same way. We will never renew our subscriptions again. Some old fashion morals would go a long way.

Mr. James Sinclair On Phone To Family Handyman Service
I was just wondering, since I have been a member since 05/03, membership 30362171, I understood that with my lifetime membership I would be receiving the handyman magazines and I have not received any for a long time and I am always getting renewal notices for the handyman magazine. I was wondering if I am entitled to those free with my lifetime membership or do I have to renew my prescription every year?
Thank you,
James Sinclair .

I'm always upset when I see no contests are open to try to win. You advertise the contest, but it's over or not available for other reasons. If
you do not really have the contests it must be false advertising. There must be lots of people that feel the same way. I hope you will give some kind of response. Russ.

You keep sending me "LAST CHANCE NOTICES" to insure the person the gift subscription I have already paid for gets the the gift subscription. You Also list the wrong person (Bob Zerr) getting the gift. The gift subscription goes instead to Eric Forney, 98-945 Moana Lua Rd 945, Aiea Hawaii, 96701. Please correct this situation at once, and quit wasting my time having to go through the problem of trying to find your unpublished secret number and listening to a song and dance story that it will be straightened out, only to have the same thing happen again. I have been a long-time subscriber, and running out of patience. I have friends that also subscribe to your magazine and they do not save their magazines like I do. They will give me their copies, and I can save the money I pay to you. Your call.

Mr. Stephen Morris On Phone To Family Handyman Service
When I called to complain three weeks ago that the combined edition for October and November, that I failed to receive, would be sent to me within a week. Now it's three (3) weeks later and I was now told that there are no more combined editions. Needless to say, I am extremely angry due to the misrepresentation of the person in your employ. If I was told the truth three weeks ago, I could have gone to one of the stores that sell FH and obtained the copy. However, it's no longer available. Getting such poor service makes me want to cancel my subscription and get some other handyman magazine. The ball is now in your court, either find me the missing copy or refund all the money that's remaining in my account. XGMN.

Has your IT department recently re-configured your website? For the past several weeks, I have been unable to look at any online links on the Family Handyman e-zine. When I click on "next", my McAfee Site Adviser software brings up a screen that said "Warning: trouble ahead" and "This site exhibited one or more risky behaviors. " It has never done this before. I hope you can get this taken care of so I can continue to use The Family Handyman. It's a great website By the way, I am not including my mobile phone number, since my mobile phone is seldom used. Sorry. Home phone number is 210-654-1285. Please do not call before 10:00 AM CST. Thank you.
