Package from this company sent via Hermes, it said it was delivered when it wasn't I live in a security door block of only four houses, nill have received it nor any bussers went off, emailed feild and trek and no reply, talk to Hermes they said because it's bought via retailer I must contact them, been crying and raging at this lose and way I been treated have sent a 3rd email if they do not contact me within 24 hours I'll contact the police.
I ordered Salomon boots as a Christmas present for my son. Naturally they were not opened until Christmas day to find they were faulty - an eyelet was detached - before even trying on. They were returned immediately by tracked mail and received by Field and Trek over two weeks ago. There has been no response. three e mails have produced no reply or even acknowledgment. I have phone one of their shops and given a customer service number which is persistently unavailable "for technical reasons". The shop are not allowed to deal with my complaint, but after persuasion promised to pass my number on - so far no one has called. This is appalling service; I do wonder if the company is on the verge of insolvency and I urge no one to deal with them.
I'm in the same position as you. Paid for boots that seemed to be smaller than the size stated. Sent them back registered post, got a tracking number but the parcel seems to have disappeared. Cannot contact this company any way logically. They refuse to answer my emails and telephone number is useless.
