The service was very poor, i entered my password to my account online and may have entered it wrong, the bank lock down my account for security reason which was OK with me. After i notice i called the 1866 695 2511 i gave all my information correctly, the customer service representative told me he will take it to the supervisor and return a call to me within an hour it's been two days now no one has call me. It has inconvenient me of not been able to use my card and i could bills to pay. Very poor service if any member of the bank should receive this message please give me a call at 340 226 4734. Thank You.
