Mr. Charles Laura Pyle On Phone To Florida Medicare Service
Per complaint filed October 2018, I am still looking for resolution to my claims for covered medical expenses from United Health Care. I have full documentation from the past five years and the level of customer care from UHC is deplorable. Furthermore, there is indication of violations of HIPAA laws per handling of my medical records considering I had to send UHC several hundred pages of hard copies of my records and banking. UHC continues to deny my claims for ALL REASONS none of which apply to me. UHC has mismanaged Medicare funds in their improper handling of payments - specifically, on the services that UHC has made reimbursement against, UHC has made multiple reimbursements for the same service on the same day Furthermore, payments were not consistent and are evident by the same medical code being reimbursed at THREE DIFFERENT RATES
I hope you can get some action on this issue as I am sure I am not the only patient suffering this type of fraud and treatment.

COMPLAINT over REIMBURSEMENT CLAIMS
My wife is a member of United Health Care (UHC) over four years. She requires treatments from out of network doctor for metals poisoning received via a Medicare provider. Since 2014 we have paid costs with cash out of pocket. We asked for, reimbursement of allowed services (office visits, urine tests, nutritional IV), UHC has refused to reimburse those expenses. One year was filed late and was approved for late filing by appeal and UHC has again refused to reimburse us for any those covered and allowed services. We have endured two years of claims, appeals, denials, excuses, and refusal to acknowledge our claims for reimbursement. Medicare only addresses HIPAA Complaints, all avenues via United Health Care have been exhausted, and Most attorneys only work for disability, what options remain for us? Please help us find the authority/office to help enforce reimbursement of our claims with UHC. 321-240-3358.
