Smt Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy – SKNCOP Pune was established in year 2005-06 under the aegis of Sinhgad Technical Education Society, Pune by its dynamic Founder-President, Prof. M. N. Navale. Due to the team of adroit teachers, infrastructure facilities and manifold educational activities, the college has earned reputation as a center for quality education in pharmaceutical sciences. Smt Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy – SKNCOP Pune is located in S. No. 40/4 A, Kondhwa Saswad Road, Kondhwa (Bk.), Pune. Smt Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy – SKNCOP Pune offers only bachelor of pharmacy and master of pharmacy to the college students. Buildings of College as per the requirements of Statutory Bodies such as AICTE, PCI and University of Pune, the four Storey College building with adequate built up area for the academic and administrative utilities has been made available. The building is well furnished with required fixtures for classroom, laboratories, library, animal house, seminar hall and common rooms and fitted with required water, drainage, luminance and ventilation accessories. Classroom facilities of Smt Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy – SKNCOP Pune there are four classrooms for conducting theory classes and adequate tutorial rooms. All classrooms are well lit and well ventilated. Audiovisual aids such as LCD and Overhead projectors have been installed in all classrooms.
Laboratories of Smt Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy – SKNCOP Pune are well equipped with the state of art equipment and machinery required for imparting skills & knowledge. These laboratories cater to the practice requirements of the subjects Technology of Drugs and Cosmetics, Biopharmaceutics, Physical Pharmacy, Dispensing Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Microbiology, Pharmaceutical engineering and Unit operations. These well equipped laboratories provide facilities for practical training in subjects of Pharmaceutical chemistry, Medicinal chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Organic & Inorganic Chemistry. These well equipped laboratories help train the students in practical studies of anatomy physiology and health education, pharmacology, chemotherapy and bioassay of various drugs. This pharmacology lab is specially designed to carry out animal model experiments for various known and new drugs of chemical and herbal origin.
Seminar Hall and Auditorium of Smt Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy – SKNCOP Pune possesses an auditorium with a sitting capacity of 250 persons and inbuilt facilities of a public address system and audiovisual systems. It has become an ideal setting for conducting scientific seminar and symposia. Cafeteria and Mess facility of Smt Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy – SKNCOP Pune campus houses four cafeterias and canteens and Mess facilities separate for boys and girls. The office of the Counseling Cell at Smt Kashibai Navale College of Pharmacy – SKNCOP Pune aims at helping students explore their highest academic and personal potential.
