This company will not send you replacement parts. The number provided goes right to Home Depot and you are not able to contact this company. They want me to take the product apart and send back and get another piece of furniture instead of sending replacement parts.

This is not a complaint, but a request for help. I purchased four Mini Pendants 1001599804 for my newly remodeled kitchen. Three are installed, but the fourth requires the hardware that would allow the fixture to hang straight on a slopped ceiling. The website indicates the hang straight for slopped ceilings is included, however it was not. I desperately need the adapter to allow for this, otherwise my whole plan is a mess since I have incurred the cost to install the third, yet I do not have a way to install the fourth, and have not found any other fixture I would like to use in it's place. Can you please help me find the appropriate adapter for this brushed nickel fixture? It is the only left in our whole remodel project, and we are having a family reunion in a couple of weeks, so your help would be greatly appreciated.

Water line to refrigerator broke and have about 48 square feet of tanned hand scraped hickory need to come up. I glued the ship lapped joints per instructions on leaflet in box for installation. Question how do I replace damaged planks if glued down on ship lapped per manufacturers instructions.
