Indo Soviet Friendship College of Pharmacy-ISF College of Pharmacy Moga is a fruition of insaminal visionaries and ardent efforts of the founding founder Shri Baldev Krishan who happened to be president of Indo Soviet Friendship society Moga.The society with the core philosophy being love; friendship and societal literacy, conceived that dedicated and honest efforts should be made to fulfill and nourish the basic educational need of under privileged youth of this remote area of Punjab and established a D.Pharm course in 1984.
Indo Soviet Friendship College of Pharmacy-ISF College of Pharmacy Moga was subsequently upgraded to B.Pharm course on recommendation of Pharmacy council of India in 2000. It is now established in 2000 as a unique centre of excellence at all levels of Pharmaceutical Education, located at Moga-Ferozepur, G.T. Road, Punjab in a pollution free environment spread over 5 acre of conjugated land. It ideally offers excellent infrastructure for education.

The College runs a round-the-clock Drug Information centre that provides useful information about drugs and poisoning. Pharma level including Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy.
