Both of our lost baggage finally arrived on Aug29. They were missing since Aug8. We were without both of our luggage for the entire trip in Europe. But one of them was seriously damaged. We have been leaving message on Customer Care, emailing customer relations, JETMHB and yyzbag@jetairways.com, but there is no progress since. We need to 1) file a DAMAGED BAGGAGE CLAIM to JET Airways. For our insurance company for delayed baggage, we need 2) letter from airline stating when the baggage were delivered, and 3) letter from airline stating the compensation we received for baggage delayed - We DID NOT receive any sorts of compensation in regards to the delay of both of our luggage from Jet Airways. We need to hear from someone that will take care of this matter in a timely manner.

Hello. I left Toronto on Wednesday November 4th 2015. At the baggage check in counter, despite confirming my last destination which was Kathmandu, the tags were until Delhi my boarding passes were fine Toronto-Brussels-Delhi-Kathmandu. I know I should have checked my luggage tags, but that is not my job, it is the job of the person to send a customer's luggage to its right last destination. I have been to the airport at Kathmandu several times, and have spoken many tea with Jet Airways. I finally received only one luggage. I am still waiting for my other one to arrive. I am extremely upset with this male person who is working for your airline at Toronto who should be terminated from his job. When I come back to Toronto I will see what measures I have to take for all the trouble I have been going through due to this male employee's negligence. He will have to face the consequences of this undeserving job that he holds at Jet Airway.
