I have subscribed to the Journal News for many years and can say I am a satisfied costumer until recently. The service I have been receiving leaves much to be desired, such as today, it is 230pm and I have yet to receive a paper )Memorial Day 5/28/2018). On any given day the paper is delivered LATE )past 730am) and on weekends as late as 11am
I have called an expressed my concern multiple times to no avail, even received a paper when I temporarily canceled service for vacation I am very frustrated with the lack of response to this problem and am considering canceling my subscription This is the second time this month that I did not receive a paper. Thank you for your prompt consideration in this matter

On hold for one hr today re billing issues which have been on going for five months. Supervisors never call back. Probably ten hours speaking to customer service
and continue to get different information. Customers for over 40 years. Very disappointed with this service.
