This is a compensation request letter. About three months ago I bought an LG V20 DualSIM as one of the first buyers in IRAN. I was really proud of it and promoted this fantastic V20 to people. Unfortunately about two weeks after delivery, my V20 slips out of my pocket and its LCD crashed. I gave it to the official customer service in Tehran on 27th of April 2017. Hi, I a, writing this message as a complaint about your customer services team and also against your company, I faced a problem in one of your product(dishwasher machine) it was fully working, but in some times there was a water leakage; accordingly, I called your customer service and immediately they answered me and visited us to check the dishwasher and they informed that they have to take it to the company premises (after they got the check fees in March 2017) and so far they didn't feedback me although I called them many times and visited the company many times, It is really depressed and frustrating not to get a reply, No one cares, I sent it to you as you are the main cautious about your customers and product image, is it really LG.

I have bought LG washing machine model WD 8030W- Fuzzy 7kg from Saudi Arabia. When I came back to my home country and needed to repair it; your local dealer Tel 19960 answered me that as per Mother company instruction they can not provide maintenance for my appliance as it is more than 10 years old. If this is true then your products are not for long term use. If this is not true then kindly take an action an give me feed back as soon as possible to regain credibility of LG products. Dear Sir / Madam Hello, I kindly request you to take my complaint in your top attention as Im feeling very disappointed from your agent in Dubai – UAE. I have bought LG smart TV as per the attached invoice from one of your agent Distributor last January after I was convinced to change my Sony TV into LG for better quality and service as well. I was very happy with the new TV quality but Few days back I opened the TV but picture was not clear with some vertical lines appearing so I called the LG customer service to visit my home and check the TV problem and their technician has reported that screen is broken eventhough its not broken from outside but they claimed that its broken from inside and this screen is very sensitive you even if you press with your finger it will affect the screen and break it. I was very surprised as no one ever mentioned this to me at the time I bought it even no label warning on the screen from manufacturer to explain this sensitivity of the screen.

Hi my name is BILL CLAYTON on the 24/march / 2011. I purchased an LG front loader washing machine, WD13020D I know it is no longer in warranty I am desperate I can not get any assistance by telephone in Australia it goes to a call center in the Philippines and they do not understand . The machine was installed as per instructions provided by LG. It is on a level concrete tiled floor. Tread Mate self adhesive under all the feet and leveled . During the first wash the washer started to move around when it started the spin cycle. Yes the transit bolts were removed at the time of installation . Contacted LG SYDNEY AUSTRALIA a service man came and re leveled the Machine and cleaned the leveling feet with mentholated sprit , after it was OK, one week later same PROBLEM again . I have tried to buy new rubber feet from LG SYDNEY, but with no success , they say I need a part number , the one listed on the install instructions are wrong

Product/Model No. : Top/Bottom Mount/GR-B492GLCC I've been in a problem for more than 3 month , everything in the freezer melts then freeze again, 4 technicians from center dawlya in Alexandria came but in vain,they said you have to change its place and I already did ,I asked for a visit from LG office ,and technician came and measured everything in it , and informed me may be the problem is in the compressor or the card , he will check with technical office and feed me back, I received a call yesterday from dawlya center and they said that they have to take the refrigerator for minimum 5 days to check it and I asked about the problem,they said they don't know. 5 visits with no specific reason for the problem in freezer and after all they want to take . It's supposed to be respectful company I deal with and efficient technicians but I don't see that,one of your technicians said these type of refrigerators aren't able to work in hot countries,so why you sell in Egypt,

I bought two air cond LG one of them had a problem from day one installation. LG engineer informed that it's a manufacturing defect in the compressor the repair won't be effective and the machine should be replaced. After ten days he informed that LG refused replacement. I called them and they were very provoking. I am really very disappointed, and regret so much purchasing LG. How come that your engineer inform me that the machine should be replaced and your team in Egypt refused replacement. To whom it may concern. Hello. My name is Alexander. A few months ago I purchased an LG G4 H815 SEA, S/N: 510KPSL712846 in Russia. Yesterday it died. Yes, it simply turned off laying on a table. I am 100% sure you know this issue called "boot loop". Being a huge corporation and having deserved a piece of respect you MUST solve problems your customers face, musn't you? And you know what -- the official service/ repair shop in Moscow just said to me to get the fuck out of their face without any warranty reparing, although I got three months left until the end of the warranty period. Why does LG treat your loyal customers like that? You may ask me why I am appealing to the head office in Korea and not to the Russia's one? My answer is because you CAN'T find justice in this country being ruled by mafia. The last spot I can appeal to in searching for justice is you guys. To be honest is more a request than a complain. I have been trying for some time now to get hold a service manual for one of your products. Unfortunately nobody in Greece is willing to assist me. We purchased one of your products some years ago to use on our summer flat in Greece. Its a VCR/DVD combination unit RC299H. We never had a problem with the unit until Easter when we couldn't use it at all. Inspection showed that the Video as well as the DVD must be repaired, but in order to do this a service manual is needed. The Greek agent hasn't got one and cannot get one.
