I retrieved from the Levi App a £5 voucher which is now sitting in my tray in the app. I bought a pair of 724 Jeans today in your West Quay Shopping Centre Southampton store for £85. 00. The assistant was unable to retrieve the voucher by scanning it so I was unable to get my £5 off. I seem to continually have trouble when I try to spend my vouchers on this app I would appreciate some help on this matter.

I had to return a pair of faulty men’s jeans to your leicester city centre store on the 1st of March. I had to give my statement as proof of purchase due to them being five months old, the staff member was very helpful and helped me exchange the pair for the same style just a lighter colour. Due to the style being the perfect fit for my husband I purchase a dark pair in the style too. The staff member informed me that I couldn’t return the lighter pair due to the exchange being done as good will, I was ok with this because I had got the same size as before. But when my husband tried both pairs on the darker pair that I brought as extra fit perfect, but the lighter pair he couldn’t even do them up. So now I have a pair of jeans that don’t fit or can not be returned , all I’m asking for is to exchange the pair again and would be greatfull if you could let this happen. Could you please email me back with the options I have available to me. Thank you.

I have looked all over for Levi straight cords for men and they are hard to find. Harder still to find are Levi corduroy jackets - trucker style, not sherpa. I am bewildered by the absence of these products in your stores as I am certain there would be a demand for them. In my youth I have had several Levi cord jackets of different colours and would love to see them for sale again. Can you tell me where I can these jeans and jackets in UK? sometimes they have the cords in John Lewis, but not often and limited colours. The jackets I've seen nowhere.

I recently purchased a pair of straight leg ladies jeans from buchanan gallery Levi store in Glasgow. I loved the fit when I tried them on, but after wearing the jeans several times they became very baggy and stretchy. They only look nice on for the first hour after you wash them. I am very disappointed with them after paying £70. I feel because I have washed them I cant return them. I've paid half the price for jeans out of high street stores and felt they've been a much better quality.

I bought some levis high waisted black super skinny jeans for my daughter pn 13th September 2017. They have frayed badly around the crouch area and top of the leg area. I did phone our local levi store who said that this should not happen and suggested i see the store manager however we bought these from the Levi web site.
