This is regarding claim of refund for extra charges paid to car company. My booking was from Muenster to Munich (on 18. 08. 2018 9. 25 am)(Attached "Old Booking"). But due to cancellation of flight LH2135, I was no choice left to accept (given by Customer care official) flight from Dortmund Airport since I was also have to catch subsequent flight from Munich. Dortmund Airport is of 150 km approx. From my Hotel. Please check snap of car bill, charged to me by taxi company (139. 40 Euro). Also you can check charges I paid while coming to Hotel from Muenster Airport (69. 60 Euro)

Hence I am requesting you to please refund my extra charged car fair i. E. 83 Euro or 7553 INR (83 X 91)

139. 40 - 69. 60 = 69. 80 Euro

Service Tax paid to Taxi Company = 19% on 69. 80 = 13. 37 Euro

69. 80 + 13. 27 = 83. 07 Euro = Round off 83 Euro

Hello,

My daughter left her iPhone eight on the flight from Madrid to Frankfurt last Friday, April six, 2018. She filed a claim in Frankfurt, was charged for the filling the claim, but we have yet to get a reply. I called several times and was bounced around to different numbers only to either be told no claim was filed or that I needed to call somewhere else. How can it be that her card was charged for the claim, but no one can give me info on the claim or the status if her phone was found. Need to speak to someone who can actually help?

I travelled with my kids from Abuja with Flight LH563 5th-6th Sept, 2013. Booking code YJ5VC4 .
A few minutes after alighting, we discovered that my son left his bag containing his school books and personal stuff. I immediately went to the Lufthansa stand at the Frankfurt airport, but was told I could not go back to the aircraft for security reasons. I therefore waited for a about 2hours as advised so the office where lost and found items are taken could be contacted. After the wait, I was told the the items will not be gotten until 12 noon.
Considering that we needed to catch our flight to Edmonton before noon, I was told to send an email to the office-this I sent while still in Frankfurt airport and requested that it be forwarded to me via: #205, 5104 54th Avenue,Cold Lake Alberta T9M1W8.
About a day or two after, I got a response saying my lost item FP 2541 was found and will be forwarded. I am yet to receive it 14 days after despite several email.

I sent in a complaint and have heard nothing from you. I received my lost luggage and it was destroyed. It was a new piece first ime used. The last time I flew Lufthansa the very samething happened, lost my new bag and received it destroyed. Since I have received no response from Lufthansa does this mean the problem is not to important? At leqast respond to one of my complaints.
