Car breakdown, customer care, very poor, communication almost non existent. Car broke down on the A1 aprox 200 miles from home rang mazda assist they arranged, to transfer me and the car to my home, and to transfer to local dealer next day, so far so good. Before the transfer to local dealer, noticed car had been damaged in transit, reported this to the dealer, had use of hire car for 2days, car fault repaired reasonably quickly, I had to contact garage to find that out, when I brought up the damage in transit things slowed down, and I would have been left with no transport, if it had not been for the dealer relaying my difficulty to the non existent mazda customer support, because of my determination not to except the car, I that state the service co ordinator rallied round got me hire car for 2more days, and the car to the body shop, customer support is supposed to support and communicate with the customer, not leave him to battle with the company to get back on the road.
