My name is Elsie and we have been eating at McDonald last one month since the MCO has come into effect. We have gone to the McDonald outlet at Melaka Mall to purchase our take aways. Upon returning home this is what happened. As usual we will order the set which include two pepsi. Third time in a row the pepsi has come out flat and tasteless. It has never happen before and we are
very disappointed with the service. Please check with the outlet and do not let it happen again as we are ardent fans of McDonald and we do not want to be disappointed again. "I am not a boss here" in rude to us by McD counter staff when we ask replacement TOY for our Happy Meal (unhappy meal) order. Coz of the weekly TOY is out of stock. BUT the counter Signboards DO NOT display "OUT OF STOCK" sticker in weekly toy. When we meet the Manager, can we claims the replacement TOY or new TOY next visit by next week since now your Branch do not have stock for weekly TOY or others replacement, at 1st we get he reply "OK, not problem", but one of the Mc Cafe Counter lady STOP the Manager and informed to us in rude "NO, you cannot claim TOY in next visit or next week", you just can buy Happy Meal Without TOY. I was wandering Branch Manager is NOT a right person to made a decision and provide a GOOD SERVICE to customer who pay money, but is follow the induction give by a staff. 1. The ice-cream cones there are always unavailable. Every time my family and I go there for the ice-cream, the staff said the cones are unavailable. Sometimes the reason is the ice cream has not frozen, but they serve mc flurry which also ice cream. 2. The manager on duty was rude. On 3th June 2015, i order three Mchiken and pouridge around 9. 35pm used mcdonald temerloh pahang drive thru. Then the staff told me to park a side coz got 1mcchiken not enough to deliver. Then i am waiting until 10. 05pm and i cant stand anymore in car and step out my car to go counter. Then, the staff ask me "u want take order?" And i said "im been waiting 20min to waiting my burger. Then in a few second he take burger and give it to me. What a lazy What the hell i am waiting in my car for 20min These is 4th and i cant stand anymore. Please if you care your business and best fast food, care services.
